With more than 40 production sites across Europe, we are a fast-growing and forward-looking group, focused on quality, technology, and people. To strengthen our Project Team, we are looking for a motivated First line support employee to assist our colleagues in using our standardized ERP system – a software package tailored to printing companies and label specialists.

The profile:

You will be the first point of contact for colleagues with questions or issues regarding the ERP system. By guiding and supporting them in using the system efficiently, you will help ensure smooth and error-free processes in production, administration, and logistics.

  • Registering and responding to incoming questions about the use and functionality of the ERP system and related tools (via phone, e-mail, or ticketing system).
  • Analyzing and resolving first-line issues, or correctly escalating them to the second line.
  • Providing clear documentation of solutions and contributing to knowledge sharing.
  • Actively contributing ideas for structural process improvements and user experience.
  • Building bridges between users, the sites, and the operational teams within Asteria.
Your profile:
  • You are a starter or have initial experience in administration or IT support.
  • You enjoy working in a structured way, are eager to learn, and solution-oriented.
  • You communicate clearly and customer-friendly – even under mild pressure.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; basic knowledge of French or German is a plus.
  • Affinity with ERP systems such as CERM or with the graphic sector is an asset, but not a requirement.
