Profilen:<\/h4>\n
Your area of responsibility as a Payroll Accountant:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
    \n
  • You are responsible for processing monthly wages and salaries, including all preparatory and follow-up work.<\/li>\n
  • You act as the contact person for our employees, social insurance providers and authorities in all wage tax\/social security matters, including the preparation of certificates.<\/li>\n
  • You are responsible for social security reporting and certification, including the preparation of annual reports to the relevant authorities.<\/li>\n
  • You will communicate with health insurance companies, authorities and social security institutions.<\/li>\n
  • You will maintain employee data in our HR software \u201eSage HR\u201c.<\/li>\n
  • You maintain time management and take care of the certification system.<\/li>\n
  • You will process the reporting and certification process for the company pension scheme (bAV).<\/li>\n
  • You will be involved in HR reporting and create personnel statistics and evaluations of personnel data.<\/li>\n
  • You will support our HR department in the further development of our HR processes, especially with regard to digitalization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Your profile as a Payroll Accountant:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
      \n
    • Professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally also for employees in a production environment with shift operation will make it easier for you to get started.<\/li>\n
    • You already have knowledge of Sage HR.<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of social insurance, payroll tax law and reporting\/auditing law.<\/li>\n
    • Solid knowledge of labor and tax law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
