The profile:

Your area of responsibility as Internal Sales:

• Relationship management: You maintain and strengthen the relationship with existing customers. You answer questions, give advice on the various products, and help think of possible solutions.
• Quotations and orders: You prepare quotations, process orders and ensure the correct handling of administrative processes. You ensure that the customer is informed of the progress of their orders in a timely and complete manner.
• Proactive sales: You identify commercial opportunities with existing customers and new prospects. You follow up leads and ensure the necessary follow-up to optimise sales.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with the production and shipping team to ensure smooth execution of orders and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Administration and reporting: You will maintain customer data and sales results in our CRM system.

Your profile as an Internal Sales:

• Commercial acumen: You have a customer-oriented and proactive attitude, and know how to convert opportunities into concrete sales results.
• Experience: You have experience in a commercial position, preferably in the graphic or printing sector. Experience in inside sales or customer service is a plus.
• Communication skills: You are able to communicate in a customer-oriented way both by phone and e-mail and have a good command of the Dutch language.
• Stress-resistant: You remain calm and efficient even when it is busy.
• Accurate and structured: You have an eye for detail and know how to complete administrative tasks quickly and accurately.
