The profile:

Your area of responsibility as a Payroll Accountant:
  • You are responsible for processing monthly wages and salaries, including all preparatory and follow-up work.
  • You act as the contact person for our employees, social insurance providers and authorities in all wage tax/social security matters, including the preparation of certificates.
  • You are responsible for social security reporting and certification, including the preparation of annual reports to the relevant authorities.
  • You will communicate with health insurance companies, authorities and social security institutions.
  • You will maintain employee data in our HR software „Sage HR“.
  • You maintain time management and take care of the certification system.
  • You will process the reporting and certification process for the company pension scheme (bAV).
  • You will be involved in HR reporting and create personnel statistics and evaluations of personnel data.
  • You will support our HR department in the further development of our HR processes, especially with regard to digitalization.
Your profile as a Payroll Accountant:
  • Professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally also for employees in a production environment with shift operation will make it easier for you to get started.
  • You already have knowledge of Sage HR.
  • Good knowledge of social insurance, payroll tax law and reporting/auditing law.
  • Solid knowledge of labor and tax law.
