To further optimise and automate operations our pre-production processes, we are looking to reinforce our Technology & Innovation department with a Project Manager specialized in ERP and automation projects. Together with the CTIO – Chief Technology and Innovation Officer – you will translate strategy into a concrete action plan and manage implementation  projects from A till Z, across all Asteria sites. You will be working with colleagues throughout Europe and across different departments (IT, prepress and operations).

The profile:

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager ERP & Automation:
  • Lead ERP and automation projects within pre-production, ensuring clear communication of objectives, timing, budget, and deliverables.
  • Proactively monitor progress and intervene hands-on when necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Assemble and coordinate project teams with internal and external specialists.
  • Organize and guide change management processes throughout implementation.
  • Manage, delegate, and follow up on project milestones, including regular project team meetings.
  • Act as a sparring partner and motivator for all stakeholders involved.
  • Negotiate and follow up on agreements with external vendors and partners.
  • Ensure successful project delivery – on time, within budget, and in scope – in consultation with the CTIO.
Your profile:
  • Proven experience in project management related to ERP implementations, automation, and/or digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of or affinity with pre-production processes (e.g., prepress, workflow management) is a strong asset.
  • Results-driven, structured, and precise in monitoring budgets and deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the graphic sector is a plus but not a requirement.
